Inaugural cohort · September or October 2026 · Beta pricing · Pre-registration open
A half-day virtual workshop where the Belief Gap Method™ is applied to your own strategic position. You leave with a personal Belief Gap Map calibrated to your role, your organization’s belief architecture, and the leverage points available to you — not the ones available to your CEO. Eight to twelve practitioners per cohort. Beta pricing for the first cohort: $750 per seat. Pre-register a seat →
What the workshop produces
Your Belief Gap Map — your own. Not your organisation’s.
The methodology that surfaces operative beliefs at the leadership level surfaces them equally at the practitioner level, calibrated differently. What it reveals for you: where your strategic position sits relative to the operative beliefs governing your organisation’s decisions; where the gap is between what you can articulate publicly and what you privately know; where the ceiling you have been pressing against is built; what leverage points are available to you as a practitioner that you may not have located yet; what the next move looks like for someone in your role at this moment.
The map is yours. Confidential to you. Used however you decide to use it — including, if it is the right move, as the document you take into the conversation with your principal.
Who the cohort serves
Practitioners who have been doing serious sustainability or circularity work for at least three years, and who recognise that the gap between their commitment and their organisation’s trajectory is not a culture problem, a talent problem, or a regulatory problem.
Specifically: sustainability directors, CSOs, heads of ESG, sustainability VPs, ESG advisors, internal sustainability consultants, sustainability programme leads, and senior individual contributors who carry strategic responsibility for sustainability outcomes. Independent consultants and individual practitioners are welcome where the work calibrates to them.
What is not a fit: practitioners earlier than three years into the work who have not yet experienced the ceiling; sustainability roles that are primarily reporting or compliance; practitioners seeking technical training in lifecycle assessment, certification, or specific methodology toolkits.
How the cohort runs
Format. Virtual via Zoom. Cohort size: eight to twelve practitioners per cohort.
Duration. Single half-day session, four hours including a fifteen-minute break, with a structured sequence: framework introduction, individual reading exercises, paired strategic clarification, and personal map drafting.
Pre-work. A short reflective brief delivered ten days before the session, focused on naming the situation each practitioner brings to the workshop. The brief is the input the methodology reads against.
Post-session. Each participant receives a written distillation of their personal Belief Gap Map, delivered within seven business days, drawn from the session and the reflective brief.
Cohort dates. The first cohort runs in September or October 2026, with the precise date confirmed once eight pre-registrations are received.
Beta cohort pricing — what you are signing up for
The first cohort runs as a beta. The methodology is fully developed; what is being tested in this format is the cohort dynamic, the timing, and the artefact production process at this scale.
$750 per seat. Beta pricing for the inaugural cohort. Subsequent cohorts run at $1,500.
$250 refundable deposit at pre-registration, secured through Stripe. The remaining $500 is invoiced two weeks before the confirmed session date. The deposit is fully refundable if the cohort does not run by August 15, 2026.
Beta cohort participants lock in $750 pricing on any future cohort they choose to attend, and are credited as the inaugural cohort in any subsequent communication about the workshop.

When the cohort confirms
The first cohort is confirmed when eight pre-registrations are received. The cap is twelve seats; pre-registrations beyond twelve roll to the second cohort waiting list at $1,500 standard pricing.
Threshold review date: August 15, 2026. If eight or more pre-registrations are received by that date, the cohort is confirmed and a session date is set. If fewer than eight are received, the deposit is refunded in full and the cohort offer is paused.
This structure exists to make the commitment honest in both directions. Pre-registrants commit a refundable amount that signals real intent. The cohort runs only if the commitment from the participants is sufficient to support the work.
