For practitioners and individual readers

The business diagnostic work is commissioned at the leadership level.

The reading is available to you now.

Circularity Edge’s Belief Architecture Diagnostic is typically commissioned by CEOs, founders, board chairs, and capital allocators – the level at which a company’s design rules can actually be reset. If you are a sustainability director, CSO, ESG lead, or engaged reader, the work is not usually commissioned at your level. The methodology, however, is available to you in three forms. Each one is calibrated to where you stand and what you can act on.

The argument, in your hands

The intellectual case for what the Belief Gap Diagnostic surfaces is available to you in advance, free of charge.

Read the prologue of Our Common Future Now. The forthcoming book lays out the structural finding the Diagnostic is built on. Forty years of practice condensed into the precise account of why the sustainability trajectory has not bent in proportion to the effort. Download the prologue at thekenalston.com

Subscribe to Circularity Edge Intelligence. The weekly Substack develops the ideas in the work between books — language, belief, and the assumptions that shape how sustainability is understood and practiced. Read on Substack.

These resources are free, deliberate, and substantive. Many practitioners find that engaging with the writing is the experience that lets them name what they have been carrying.

The Practitioner’s Mirror — a beta cohort workshop

A small-cohort workshop where the Belief Gap Method™ is applied to the practitioner’s own strategic position.

You bring the situation: the program you are running, the ceiling you have been pressing against, the principal you need to influence, the constraint you cannot yet name. The methodology reflects back where you are, what your gap is, and what is needed to break the ceiling.

The artefact you leave with is your own Belief Gap Map — calibrated to your individual position, not your organisation’s. Personal strategic clarity. The map you can act on.

Format. Half-day virtual workshop. Eight to twelve practitioners per cohort. Confidential within the cohort. Recorded for participants only.

First cohort: beta pricing. $750 per seat for the inaugural cohort, with a $250 refundable deposit at pre-registration. Subsequent cohorts run at $1,500.

When the moment is right

Many practitioners eventually reach the moment when forwarding the work to their principal becomes possible. The leadership-level Diagnostic, the ninety-day transition engagement, and the parallel construction retainer are described in full at the Belief Architecture Diagnostic page.

If you are the practitioner who recognised the work first, your forwarding is part of how it reaches the level where the design rules can change. Practitioners who refer the work into a commissioning conversation — and where the introduction leads to a leadership engagement — are acknowledged in writing to the principal as the source of the introduction.
